Hand selected Grapes harvested during the last week of September. Withering in lofts
for 120 days.
Aged in barriques for 4 months.
Aged in the bottle for 3 months.
Deep ruby red.
Characteristic of dried fruit with hint of violets.
Delicate, with soft tannins, sugars and acidity which highlight the withered grapes.
Its natural sweetness and the presence of soft tannins classifies it as a desert wine.
It combines very well with shortbread, pastries, cantucci, and dark chocolate. In Verona
it is traditionally drunk with Pandoro.
Serve at 14°-16°C, taking care to open the bottle at least 1 hour prior to drinking.
